It's been 4 years today. I was fairly new to Girl's Day that time and i only read about real men on articles, watched the clips on youtube and check nb translations. I wasn't familiar with the show's concept or watched the first few episodes prior to the female special but basically the cast went to an intense army training. It's hard to watch even though it had some serious and fun moments.
The show was already gaining audience attention when female cast first appeared. One of the cast member had her share of controversy but seems like people enjoy the show bit by bit.
Hyeri also shines before the aegyo shenanigans and she already gained praises for her efforts on the show. I found Hyeri really good on variety shows even before Real Men. Her 'Dream Team' appearance was a classic. I always anticipates Hyericules projects.

Hyeri explained that her performance was a spur-of-the-moment action. "I was actually somewhat disappointed," she said. "It was the last day, I hoped [the instructor] would be a bit nicer."

Hyeri bagged the Female Newcomer Award at 2014 MBC Entertainment Awards. She got a role on Seonam Girls High School Investigators drama.

Girl's Day individually are active on variety shows except Minah who's busy filming her new drama 'Absolute Boyfriend'. Minah only had 4 variety show appearances in the past 360 days. Sojin, Hyeri and Yura were at least regular mcs on their own variety shows. I think Minah might guest on some shows prior to her drama airing or afterwards. This august has been on fire in terms of event and show appearances. There are always new and upcoming variety shows Girl's Day or dreamtea might consider appearing on.
1. Cheongdam Key-chen
“Cheongdam Key-chen” will follow Key as he invites guests from a wide variety of fields to his house, and cooks each of them a meal that tailored to their personal preferences. Then, Key and his guest will share honest and relatable stories over their meal, and they will also participate in special activities that Key prepares.

2. The Chul's Tour
“Where Are You Going, DdaengChul?” (땡철이 어디가) is a new travel variety show starring Super Junior’s Kim Heechul and comedians Kim Young Cheol and Noh Hong Chul. The three “Chul” brothers will be staying at guest houses in Korea and seeing all the local attractions, food, and scenery the destinations have to offer.

It's about time these two kim's reunite. Yura and Heechul were always great together on shows like Life Bar. Food and Travel are Yura's variety 'bread and butter'. I hope she could guest on this one.

Soyu was already a guest on this show before and i think again, Yura will perfectly fit since she also went fishing before with his friend yang sehyung before.

7. Unexpected Q
It doesn’t matter if you are young, old, male, or female. Everyone can make a quiz for the Q Players! Each week, a survey is done among the viewers, and they choose certain quizzes for the members of Unexpected Q to solve. The Q Players, who are from various ages, build a relationship with each other and get close as they solve the quizzes together.

We already have amazing saturday with Hyeri and these type of shows are always fun. I hope Girl's Day will also be a guest on this show in the future.
So apparently my blog hits the 10k mark just a while ago. Not bad. Considering the traffic is just niche. Reddit is still where i get my main traffic and having a facebook page is truly a boost, now that it's my 2nd source of traffic and the 3rd would be twitter. My blog is already appearing on google searches but i don't really get much traffic from google searches yet maybe because there's not much people searching girl's day updates on google unlike on twitter or any other sources. There's a lot to improve especially the template or theme. I'd love to change it to a darker one soon. The blog's facebook page finally has 36 likes. Girlsdayground is finally ad free. I already removed it because it seem to bother other mobile users. Hopefully, i can get my adsense approved in october or november.
Lots of weekly blog post ideas like fanart fridays and weekly instagram throwback while i'm finishing drafts to new posts. I still get views on the blog one way or another. I'm felt i'm still a bit slacking off with the posts. I have lots of ideas but it clashes with what's going on or what i'm planning to post sometimes. The views motivates me to post more here on the blog and i'm happy there's still girl's day fans out there. Can i get to 25k views before the end of september? i don't know. Even though the views are cumulative and everything's still at its infancy, i want to push myself much further to make good blog post for everyone. As always, Everyday, Girl's Day.Continue Reading
