On the above post, she wrote the description saying that she was at a neighbourhood mart and explained that the white spots were paint on the mirror and not her brushing her teeth.
Many were assuming that she looked like as if she was brushing her teeth from the angle which the photo was taken. As such, she had to explain to people that it was just white paint on the mirror originally.
